My name is Jenny and I have over 19 years of teaching experience in both state and independent/boarding schools in England and Europe. I have a B.A. degree in English/Creative Writing and Women’s Studies from Elmira College, New York State and a PGCE in Secondary Education from the University of East Anglia. I enjoy creative, fun and interactive approaches to my subject, making reading and writing tasks accessible to children of all abilities, while at the same time challenging pupils to achieve their full potential. I am an approachable and friendly teacher who encourages children to always ask questions. I try to provide my pupils with supportive and constructive feedback to help them to improve their English.
